Return & Refund Policy
We accept eligible return requests made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from lomsir.com is required.
- Opened or used products, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
How to request a return
Email lzpdomore@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please do not mail an item before the return is approved. The return address and instructions will be provided after approval.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing; your bank or card issuer may require additional time.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Amazon purchases
Orders placed through Amazon must be returned or refunded through the order in your Amazon account. LOMSIR cannot process an Amazon refund through lomsir.com.
